Dear Parents
Birthday celebrations at school are an important part of a child’s social development. To make it smooth and joyful for our students, we send repeated communications regarding our Birthday Celebration policy, which prioritises student safety and accounts for common food allergies.
However, despite these, we continue to encounter instances where these guidelines are not followed. Our concern increases with the distribution of food items that are past their expiration date, posing potential health risks to our students.
For us, the safety and well-being of all students remains our top priority. Therefore, after careful consideration, the school management has decided that from now onwards, the distribution of chocolates or any edible items during birthday celebrations at school will no longer be permitted.

We understand this change may disappoint the children, but this decision is made keeping the best interests of all our students in mind.
We appreciate your continued support and cooperation in maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our students.

Dear Parent
In regard of the safety of all students, we would like to draw your attention towards our Birthday Celebration Policy.
The school will NOT allow ANY treats/items in the form of Cakes/Muffins/Cup Cakes/Other eatables or beverages to be brought to school for distribution. After careful consideration and gathering feedback from parents, we have determined this to be necessary for the safety of all our students.
It is very difficult for the school to ensure the product quality and check for expiry dates. In that case, anyone serving food to children needs to be aware of food allergies and the potential for a life-threatening allergic reaction. However, you can send branded candies/chocolates with your ward after checking expiry dates properly.
We trust that you understand how deeply important it is to respect and adhere to the above guidelines. The safety of all our students is our utmost priority and we appreciate your co-operation and understanding.
Thank you for your continued partnership.

We deem the safety and security of all students as our top priority. As our policy to ensure the same, we follow a strict identification policy for childs'pick-up through the Self-ID Cards provided to the parents and guardians.
However, it has been observed that some parents do not carry the same while picking up their wards.
All parents/guardians are requested to adhere to this crucial policy and present the Self-ID cards to the school staff whenever asked to show.
If you require additional Self ID Cards for family members or guardians , you may contact the reception of your respective branch for details on the process to obtain them.
Kindly consider it important as children will not be released to individuals without a valid Self-ID Card.
Your understanding and support are highly solicited in keeping our students safe.

Dear Parents,
Students' commutation from school to home can be challenging during the rainy season. We understand your concerns and worries regarding the safe arrival of your children at home and want to assure you that our team is taking every possible precaution to ensure the students’ safety. However, even after departing the school on time, the school transport may get delayed due to water logging at several places on the route and the resultant traffic.

Hence, for your queries during rainfall, we would like to draw your attention to some important points to make things hassle-free and safe for all:
• Do not call the drivers during departure time to enquire about your child ,this will help them to focus on driving safely.
• We request you to call your respective branch's reception for taking any information about your child, where our team will be readily available.
• In case you are unable to contact at the reception, you can call on the following emergency numbers
8302677199, 7976793948 ,9982669941
We request for your patience and cooperation in ensuring the safety of the children.

Dear Parent
It comes with a great concern that numerous infectious diseases take a plunge during the Monsoons due to the higher risk of exposure to viruses, germs and diseases compared to other seasons. However, we may stay safe from the grasp of infectious diseases during this season by following a few preventive and hygienic measures.

  • Drink clean and boiled water.
  • Avoid street food and junk food.
  • Avoid stagnant water in or around the house.
  • Wash fruits and vegetables thoroughly.
  • Wash hands with anti-bacterial soap at frequent intervals.
  • Wear dry clothes only, as damp clothes cause fungal diseases.
  • We recommend the use of a mosquito repellent inside the house at all times.
  • We also advise the application of a mosquito repellent cream, stick-on or fabric roll-on before stepping outside or sending your ward to school.
Despite the precautionary measures taken in school, the students may be exposed to common seasonal diseases anywhere. Hence, it is advised that you encourage your ward to take care by following the measures mentioned above.
