It has been observed that many students feel sick and vomit either on their way to school or shortly after arriving. They also complain stomach ache, giddiness or uneasiness that hampers their study as well.
We would like to share a few guidelines that can help to prevent these problems.
• Make sure your child eats something before coming to school. Provide a light breakfast that is easy to digest.
• If the child likes to drink milk in the morning, please provide it half an hour before he/she boards the vehicle to school.
• Avoid sending spicy vegetables, oily snacks, potato dishes, etc as they can cause gastric problems.
• Please refrain from sending yogurt (curd) to school as it can go sour over time.
Following these guidelines will ensure that your child has an energetic & comfortable time at school.
