Dear Parents,
It is important to introduce the children to the content of nutrition considered while planning a balanced diet for their health and well-being.

Taking classroom learning a bit further, we are giving this Child Centered Homework
(CCHW) in which the students have to analyse the nutrition in each of the food items
being considered. It will not only help them enhance their knowledge about various
food groups, their benefits and their contribution to overall health, but it will also set
