Dear Parent,
This is to inform you that the Class X, CBSE board exams begins from Feb 27, 2023.
We request your cooperation in ensuring that your ward follows the guidelines given below for the smooth conduct of the exams.
Firstly, please make sure that your ward is present on all exam days.
It is important that they reach the board examination centre on time i.e. by 9:15 am and in proper school uniform.
Also, ensure that the Admit Card is duly signed by the student and parent and carried to the exam centre daily, as it is a mandatory requirement for entry.
Please note that the reporting time at the centre during board examination is 9:15 am, but on the day of the first exam, reach by 9:00 am. Entry will not be permitted after 9:45 am.
Also, kindly drop your ward at the centre accordingly, as the paper will start at 10:30 am and end at 1:30 pm.
It is important to note that students must carry a transparent water bottle and necessary items to write the paper in a transparent pouch only.
No electronic devices or objectionable items should be carried to the centre, as it will be considered as using unfair means.
Students will NOT be allowed to carry their mobile phones to the centre, and there will be NO arrangement to deposit it at the centre.
School have provided an Identity card, which your ward needs to carry in all exams. Without it, entry can be prohibited.
Also, please ensure that your child has read the instructions given in the Admit Card carefully before appearing in the Board Examination.
Please instruct your child that on the day of board examination, they should carefully write the roll number, name, center number, school code, etc.
Attendance in the exam is compulsory, and students must remain in the exam hall until the end of the exam.
