Notice for Garba (VI to XII)
The festivities bring with them the joy of oneness and socialising. A Garba Celebration is being organised in the school premises on 21 October, 2023 (Saturday) to inculcate the students with the cultural vibes with infused fun and frolic.
Kindly go through the given guidelines thoroughly which have to be strictly followed for a smooth and joyful celebration.
● The students will not be allowed to take half day on the day of celebration.
● The students must have a proper breakfast at home as the lunch break could get a bit delayed due to the celebration.
● The students are not allowed to bring ‘Dandiyas’ or any electronic device or smart watches to school; if found, the same will be confiscated and will not be returned.
● The students have to adhere to the attire specified below:
Boys: Kurta Pyjama/ Short Kurta with Jeans and closed footwear (floaters and slip-ons are not allowed)
Girls: Pant Suits with Dupatta/ Floor length Kurtas (sleeveless or deep neck cut dress are not allowed) and Flat footwear-bellies (heels are not allowed)
● Changing of clothes will not be allowed in the school.
● For safety purposes, the students must not wear heavy and expensive accessories.
● Few competitions have been organised in the second half of the day for Class VIII to XII.
● It is mandatory for the students to follow the decency of the dress code as mentioned above to be a part of the celebration.
● The attire and footwear of the students must be comfortable as they have to wear it for the whole day.
Note: Western dance students have to follow the dress code which was assigned by the respective dance teachers. ( Class - 7 to 12)
