Dear parents
We would like to extend a big thanks to all our esteemed parents who took out their precious time to share their suggestions during the recent on call survey conducted from school. We have taken note of your each and every suggestion and our team is already working towards resolving your concerns. We would like to share few of our inputs for some commonly picked concerns.
1. Number of classes + duration-
We would like to inform you that we have formulated the below mentioned structure to be followed shortly.

P.G. Monday-Wednesday (3 days online class)
Nursery-III Monday-Friday (5 days online class)
IV-VII Monday-Saturday (6 days online class)
2. Strength - We have started working on this you will see the glimpses very soon. For helping us to keep the strength in proper check please ensure that your ward joins the allotted group of his/her respective class. If your child will join any other group he/she will be expelled to control the strength of the class.
3. Involvement - For Involvement of kids we have started working on the teacher’s promptness for tapping the kids.
4. Improving sitting space - Concern Received from parents was that child cannot sit consistently for more than an hour but duration is not the concern to resolve this our team is already working hard to come up with some fun floric activities so that their sitting span can be increased and sustained.
5. Demand of bilingual classes - By allowing bilingual mode of learning in classes, the need of learning English language will become poor with the child.Our research team knows complete science of teaching English language to the kids and gradually the child gets familiar with the language and starts imbibing it. For your convenience we will be shortly sharing a video as a supportive tutorial.
6. Notebook checking - Due to pandemic condition in 2020 there was a lot of uncertainty and dilemma, inspite of our willingness it got affected however now it will be a regular feature for which schedule will be conveyed to you soon.
7. Calls not answered- In regard of this previously due to less need we were successfully handling all the calls by deputing 2-3 members only, but because of shift towards to the online mode in the number of segments that is teaching, fees technical issue, handling etc, the number of calls increased massively. We have increased our team by 12 - 15 members, still we are coming up with more solutions to overcome this. We hope you won’t face this problem in future.
We want to assure you that this year plan is to leave no stone unturned in meeting out the expectations of our parents, for this reason we are working on upliftment of each and every area related to all fields of our working and for which we will keep you updated.
