Dear Parent
This is to inform you that the rescheduled date for the postponed visit of the students of Class IX (Section C & D) to Jaipur Rugs is 6 October, 2023 (Friday). The students will be taken for industrial learning to the visit venue during the school hours.
Please refer to the guidelines mentioned below for the same.
• The students must wear the school uniform with the school ID card on the day of the visit.
• The students have to bring lunch with them and can carry dry snacks with small tetra packs of juices (no other beverage is allowed) which they can enjoy during the bus journey.
• The students have to make sure not to litter the surroundings, roads or buses with wrappers, etc.
• Any student, who is suffering from any kind of sickness, is advised to stay at home.
• Students can carry caps and sunglasses.
• Students are not allowed to bring any expensive item, any device or article to play games.
Please note that the visit will be cancelled in case of unavoidable circumstances.
