Dear Parents
As you're aware that our new session is commencing soon, if you are willing to avail the school transport facility for your ward for the session 2022-2023, you are requested to fill in the given transportation form.
Kindly take the print out of the form as hard copy is to be submitted at the school's reception by 24.03.2022.
Please make sure to fill the form in capital letters only
It is mandatory for the parents to fill the form by the given date to avoid any inconvenience regarding the delay in the allotment of transportation facility from the school's side. If any parent fails to abide by the last date of submission, the school will not be responsible for delayed or non-availability of transport.
Please Note that those parents who have already filled the Google form sent on 12.03.2022 regarding transportation need not to fill the form again.
